Wine, especially Prosecco, is one of the oldest and most important traditions in the Conegliano area. Tenuta Sant’Eufemia, strongly linked to tradition, has chosen to carry on this practice with completely natural and organic methodologies. In this way the vineyards, which follow the gentle movement of the surrounding hills, provide genuine and authentic grapes from which it is possible to produce Prosecco with a fruity and citrus cut, typical of this wine.
The position of the land favors cultivation, thanks to the southern exposure that protects the vineyards from cold currents, and to the rich and prolific soil that gives a splendid golden yellow color to the berries. The wine produced with this high quality grape does not need sulphites or chemical agents to express all its taste. It is presented on the tables of the Estate in fullness of smell and flavor, white and fresh with a fruity scent and a floral note on the palate.
The prosecco made by Tenuta Sant’Eufemia is a perfect wine for any type of dish and meal, both for an aperitif or dessert and for main courses. It expresses all its qualities when served at a temperature ranging from 7 to 9 degrees, with its bubbles ready to revive the table when you eat in company. The Estate produces two types of Prosecco, both with organic and DOCG certification, which can be purchased both directly within the structure and online, in order to enjoy all the goodness of a tradition now famous all over the world, even at home.
